About

We are powered by curiosity to pursue the better choice in life.

Hingst Research Consultancy is an independent research and advisory firm registered as PG0556204T. We work with family offices, property stakeholders, financial institutions, manufacturers, government agencies and NGOs.

How we work

We combine industry knowledge with technology to deliver actionable insights. Our team gathers data from multiple sources, analyses it, and reports findings in a form a decision-maker can act on without re-deriving the logic.

We build our own analytical tools where off-the-shelf software does not fit the question. That work is done with software partners rather than purchased off the shelf.

What we believe

A recommendation is only useful if it holds under stress. Every finding we publish is tested against plausible downside scenarios before it leaves the firm.

And a research firm that cannot say no is not doing research. If your question is better answered by a lawyer, an accountant or a valuation, we will say so.

Values

These shape how engagements are scoped, staffed and reviewed.

01

Legal & ethical methodology

Attributable sources only. Defensible to a regulator or an auditor.

02

Optimised resource allocation

Fixed scope and fee before work begins. No overrun billing.

03

Enhanced economic resilience

Findings stress-tested against downside scenarios before delivery.

04

Ecosystem sustainability

Supply chain, labour and environmental constraints accounted for.

The principal

Principal. Real estate, technology and market research.

One named principal, no stock photography. This is one person's practice. A portrait of a model would say nothing about who answers your call, so there is no portrait. The name above is the person who does the work.
